Kami mencari Quantity Surveyor yang menguasai Bahasa Mandarin untuk bergabung bersama tim konstruksi kami. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam penyusunan Bill of Quantities (BOQ) lokal Indonesia, penanganan dokumen teknik serta komersial, dan koordinasi yang proaktif bersama tim di lapangan.
Tanggung jawab: BOQ & Quantity Take-offs / 编制BOQ与算量: Independently read construction drawings, perform take-offs, and prepare local Indonesian BOQs. 独立识图、算量，并根据印尼本地工程实践编制工程量清单（BOQ; Document Handling / 处理工程与商务文件: Efficiently handle high-volume engineering, technical, and commercial documents. 高效、准确地处理大量工程及商务相关文件。; Site & Team Coordination / 项目与现场沟通协调: Proactively coordinate with site teams, follow up on task progress, and resolve issues promptly. 主动与项目现场沟通，跟进任务进度并协调解决问题。; Task Management / 主动推进工作: Take initiative, think independently, and drive tasks forward rather than waiting for instructions. 具备独立思考能力，主动发现问题并推进工作落实。.
