Quality Control Supervisor (Fashion/Garment)

This role is responsible for leading, monitoring, and ensuring product quality across all stages (incoming, in-process, final inspection) in the garment industry. It involves managing the QC team, implementing quality standards, analyzing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain product quality. 💼 Responsibilities Lead, assign tasks, and periodically monitor product quality from incoming, in-process, to final inspection stages.

Ensure all QC checklists and quality standards (including for New Product Development / NPD) are strictly followed by the team. Analyze defect causes, calculate defect rates, and take corrective actions with vendors or production teams. Provide coaching, evaluate the performance of the Warehouse QC team, and periodically assess vendor quality performance.

Actively coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to resolve product quality issues. Have the authority to hold, release, or reject goods that do not meet company standards. ✅ Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Garment Production, Industrial Management, or other relevant fields. 1-3 years of work experience in Quality Control (QC) in the garment industry. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Senior QC, QC Coordinator, or QC Lead position.

In-depth mastery of Garment Quality Standards. Proficient in AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) based inspections. Strong ability in Root Cause Analysis to mitigate defective products.
