Kualifikasi

• Age Requirement : 35 - 45 Years Old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control, including team leadership experience
• Good understanding of 7 QC Tools
• Familiar with ISO 9001 requirements
• Able to read technical drawings and product specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Key Rensponsibilities :
• a. Quality Supervision :
• Supervise all QC team activities in the production area
• Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with SOPs and quality standards
• Ensure products delivered to customers meet required specifications
• b. Incoming Material Inspection :
• Supervise inspection of incoming raw materials (incoming quality control)
• Ensure non-comforting materials are properly segregated with Purchasing and suppliers
• Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers regarding material quality issues
• c. Production Process Control :
• Monitor product quality during the manufacturing process (in-process quality control)
• Indentify process deviations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure production parameters comply with established standards
• d. Final Product Inspection :
• Supervise final quality inspection before shipment
• Ensure products are free from unacceptable defects
• Approve or reject finished products based on inspection results
• e. Quality Problem Analysis :
• Investigate defective products and quality issues
• Determine root causes using methods such as :
• ~ Fishbone Diagram
• ~ 5 Why Analysis
• ~ Pareto Analysis
• Develop and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• f. Team Management :
• Arrange work schedules for QC Inspectors
• Conduct daily briefings
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Evaluate subordinate performance
• g. Documentation & Reporting
• Ensure all inspection results are properly documented
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports
• Maintain quality records for audit purposes
• h. Audit & Compliance :
• Propose quality improvement initiatives
• Reduce defect and rework rates
• Participate in productivity and process improvement projects
• i. Cross-Functional Coordination :
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales regarding quality-related matters
• Act as the liaison in handling customer quality complaints
