About the role Simpower Tech Indonesia is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (LV, MV) to join our manufacturing operations in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) product lines. Key responsibilities Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions within the company. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards. Manage and supervise the quality control team, providing training, guidance and performance feedback to ensure consistent and effective quality management Monitor compliance with international quality standards, including ISO certifications and customer-specific requirements Investigate quality issues, defects and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, records and reports to track performance metrics and trends Coordinate with production, engineering and procurement teams to address quality concerns and prevent recurring issues Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes to maintain certification standards Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste and defects Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality metrics and report findings to senior management What we're looking for Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance within the manufacturing sector, preferably with experience in electrical or power systems manufacturing Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
