We are looking for an experienced QC and HSE Manager.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct villa inspections and quality audits; Ensure compliance with SOP and HSE standards; Monitor guest reviews, complaints, and service quality; Identify quality issues and perform root cause analysis; Follow up maintenance defects with related teams; Prepare quality reports and improvement recommendations; Support operational consistency, staff quality improvement, and guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Hospitality or related field; Certified in K3 (Occupational Health & Safety); Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control within hospitality, villa, or hotel operations; Knowledge of Guest Experience Quality Control, SOP Compliance, HSE, and Villa Inspection; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills; Good time management and reporting skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
