Perusahaan penerbangan membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung sebagai Quality Auditor (DPS). Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memastikan seluruh operasional, prosedur, dan pemeliharaan berjalan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku serta standar kualitas perusahaan. Anda akan terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan audit internal maupun eksternal, koordinasi dengan otoritas penerbangan terkait, serta pemantauan tindakan korektif guna mendukung kepatuhan regulasi secara menyeluruh.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct audits and surveillance of new procedures and procedure revisions prior to their implementation, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements; Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, including preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up of audit findings and corrective actions; Coordinate and liaise with the Indonesian DGCA and other relevant aviation authorities in relation to regulatory audits, inspections, and other quality or compliance activities; Coordinate and support external authority and customer audits, including audit preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments throughout the audit process; Monitor and follow up audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring that responsible departments provide appropriate responses and corrective actions within the required timeframe; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager in support of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the company’s quality objectives; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Willing to be placed in Bali; Minimum qualification: Polytechnic background, Aeronautical Engineering; Have experience in the aviation industry, especially in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment, will be an advantage; Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders; Have work ethic and discipline; Conversational English language skills.
