Quality Assurance Staff (QA)

Minimum Diploma Degree in Textile/Garment Engineering or a related field of study. Minimum 3 years of experience as QA in the garment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills. A strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines. Strong analytical skills.

Good understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures. Willing to be placed one for Semarang Area and the other one for Pemalang Area. Willing to travel out of town frequently

Monitor and assess all processes from product development to bulk order and delivery (including sample assessment, PPS/PPM, and production status reports). Conduct inline inspections, final inspections, and factory audits. Guide vendors to meet quality standards as per quality manual book / company standard.

Communicate regularly with vendors to track production progress and ensure quality compliance. Ensure proper systems and procedures are followed to minimize defects. Evaluates results and advise corrective measures.
