Quality Assurance diperlukan untuk melakukan pengujian menyeluruh terhadap aplikasi web, seluler, dan API. Peran ini bertanggung jawab dalam menyusun dan mengeksekusi rencana pengujian, test case, data pengujian, serta laporan pengujian guna memastikan kualitas dan keandalan produk perangkat lunak perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Perform end-to-end testing for web, mobile, and API applications; Create and execute test plans, test cases, test data, and test reports; Conduct manual and automation testing based on release requirements; Perform API testing using Postman, including authentication, headers, responses, and error handling; Develop and maintain UI automation using Katalon Studio or Selenium + TestNG; Use PostgreSQL/SQL for data validation and defect investigation; Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using Jira/Trello; Collaborate with System Analyst, Developer, Product, and Infrastructure teams; Support testing across DEV, UAT, and Pre-Production environments; Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to QA process improvements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or related field; Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Software QA/Testing; Experience in manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and API applications; Experience with Katalon, Selenium, TestNG, or similar automation tools; Proficient in REST API testing using Postman; Good knowledge of PostgreSQL/SQL for data validation; Familiar with Jira/Trello, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD; Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; Experience with JMeter/Gatling or security testing; Experience in banking, financial, cooperative, or regulated systems; ISTQB certification.
