Perusahaan ini bergerak di bidang teknologi pembayaran, khususnya penyediaan aplikasi EDC dan sistem pembayaran yang digunakan oleh bank dan merchant. Fokus utama perusahaan adalah memastikan keandalan, keamanan, dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran. Sebagai IT Quality Assurance Engineer, Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim pengembang dan produk sepanjang siklus pengembangan perangkat lunak. Tanggung jawab Anda meliputi perancangan dan eksekusi kasus uji (test cases) untuk pengujian fungsional, regresi, dan UAT. Anda juga akan melakukan pengujian API, mengembangkan skrip otomasi pengujian, serta melaporkan dan melacak bug menggunakan Jira untuk memastikan produk siap dirilis dengan kualitas terbaik.
Tanggung jawab: Design, write, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Test EDC/POS applications and end-to-end payment transaction flows on physical devices; Perform API testing to validate integration between applications and backend payment services; Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing coverage and efficiency; Report, track, and verify bugs using Jira, and ensure issues are resolved before release; Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria; Use AI tools to support test case generation, documentation, and daily productivity.
Kualifikasi: Indonesian citizen; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field; Experience in manual testing: test case design, functional, regression, and UAT; Familiar with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright; Experience in API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
