QEHS Executive bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan, mengimplementasikan, dan memelihara sistem manajemen ISO serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan kualitas. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi audit internal maupun eksternal, pemantauan kepatuhan kapal terhadap regulasi internasional, serta dukungan terhadap inisiatif HSSEQ untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan di lingkungan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001); Coordinate and conduct internal and external audits; Manage inspections (SIRE, SRC, Class, Flag State, PSC); Investigate and follow up on non-conformities (NCs); Ensure vessel compliance with ISM Code and international conventions; Prepare compliance reports and presentations; Manage vessel insurance documentation and renewals; Conduct training for vessel crews on SMS and ISM Code; Support HSSEQ initiatives.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university; Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in QEHS, HSSEQ, maritime compliance, or related fields.
