Posisi Marine QEHS Executive bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan, implementasi, dan pemeliharaan sistem manajemen ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) serta memastikan kepatuhan operasional kapal terhadap standar internasional. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi audit internal maupun eksternal, serta manajemen inspeksi seperti SIRE, SRC, Class, Flag State, dan PSC. Selain itu, Anda akan membantu DPA/A.DPA dalam menjaga kepatuhan ISM Code, mengelola dokumentasi asuransi kapal, serta melakukan pelatihan keselamatan bagi kru kapal. Anda juga berperan dalam mendukung inisiatif HSSEQ dan program perbaikan berkelanjutan di seluruh organisasi untuk memastikan standar keselamatan dan kualitas tetap terjaga.
Tanggung jawab: Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems and certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; Coordinate and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits and certification processes; Manage and support inspections and audits, including SIRE, SRC, Class, Flag State, and PSC inspections; Investigate, monitor, and follow up on observations, non-conformities (NCs), and corrective actions related to QEHS matters; Ensure vessels comply with applicable Class/Flag, international conventions, regulations, and the Company's ISM Code; Assist the DPA/A.DPA in the implementation, execution, and maintenance of compliance with ISM Code procedures; Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance updates for management, directors, and relevant stakeholders; Manage vessel insurance documentation and annual renewals, ensuring insurance coverage and statutory certificates remain valid and up to date; Coordinate vessel certification activities and maintain records of regulatory compliance; Conduct training and awareness programs for vessel crews on the Company's Safety Management System (SMS) and ISM Code requirements; Support HSSEQ initiatives and continuous improvement programs throughout the organization.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university; Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in QEHS, HSSEQ, maritime compliance, or related fields.
