Located in MM2100 Industrial Town, West Cikarang, Bekasi, the company specializes in the production of automotive components, particularly power transmission belts. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Science or Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably within a Japanese manufacturing company Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry in a Quality Assurance role is an advantage

Experience in conducting internal and external audits, as well as developing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 & IATF 16949) Possess knowledge of Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, and QC Seven Tools Possess knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as Fishbone Diagram, 8D Report, and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

Experience in organizing and leading continuous improvement activities (e.g., Quality Control Circles/QCC, Quality Control Projects) is an advantage Capable of communicating effectively with customers regarding customer feedback, complaint handling, and supplier coordination Proficient in both written and spoken English; basic communication skills in Japanese are an advantage
