We are looking for a proactive QC Supervisor Maklon to oversee quality control activities during commercial production at our third-party manufacturing partners (maklon). This role is responsible for ensuring products consistently meet quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material preparation to filling, packing, and finished goods release. The ideal candidate has a strong Quality Control background with hands-on experience in manufacturing operations. This position requires frequent presence at manufacturing sites, flexibility to work according to production schedules, and the ability to work closely with Production, QA, and external manufacturing teams to ensure smooth and compliant commercial production.
Tanggung jawab: Act as the on-site QC representative during commercial production at third-party manufacturers; Monitor and supervise quality control activities throughout the production process, including raw material preparation, mixing, filling, packing, and finished goods; Ensure all production processes comply with GMP, company quality standards, and approved manufacturing procedures; Perform in-process inspections and verify production parameters to ensure consistent product quality; Review and verify production records, cleaning checklists, sanitation records, and batch documentation; Coordinate sampling and conduct or oversee physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as required; Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and work with Production and QA teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Coordinate closely with Production, QA, R&D, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing teams to support smooth commercial production; Prepare QC reports and communicate production quality status to internal stakeholders; Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing quality, compliance, and operational efficiency; Note: This role requires candidates to be ready to stay on-site at third-party manufacturing facilities (maklon) and follow production schedules , ensuring quality is maintained throughout every stage of the manufacturing process.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biology, or related fields; Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within FMCG, cosmetics & personal care, pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing industries; Experience working with third-party manufacturers (toll manufacturing/maklon) is highly preferred; Good understanding of commercial production processes, including weighing, mixing, filling, packing, and finished goods inspection (including organoleptic/sensorial testing skincare products); Familiar with physical and chemical analysis, and quality inspection procedures; Good understanding of GMP, sanitation, hygiene, cleaning validation/checklists, and quality documentation; Able to review and verify production and cleaning checklists to ensure compliance with quality standards; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Willing to be stationed at third-party manufacturing sites and work flexibly following production schedules, including outside normal working hours when required; Willing to work full-time (WFO) in Cikarang, with frequent travel to manufacturing sites.
