Bergabunglah bersama tim Quality Control untuk mengambil peran penting dalam memastikan standar mutu produk melalui kerja sama tim dan peningkatan berkelanjutan. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab penuh atas pelaksanaan berbagai inspeksi kualitas di berbagai lini produksi yang krusial. Ruang lingkup pekerjaan meliputi pemeriksaan awal sebelum produksi diotorisasi, pengontrolan kualitas selama proses produksi berjalan, hingga inspeksi akhir sebelum barang dikemas dan dikirim ke pelanggan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengidentifikasi serta melaporkan produk yang tidak sesuai, memastikan pemisahan barang yang ditolak, serta merawat alat ukur agar selalu akurat dan terkalibrasi dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: 1. First-Off Inspection & Production Buy-Off; Conduct first-off inspections for CNC machining, moulding and assembly operations before production is authorised to continue; Verify products against engineering drawings, specifications, approved samples and quality control plans; Complete production buy-off inspections following machine setups, tooling changes, process adjustments and other changes affecting product quality; Ensure inspection results are accurately recorded and documented; Identify non-conforming products and communicate findings to the relevant production personnel before approving production; 2. In-Process Quality Control; Carry out routine in-process inspections across CNC machining, moulding and assembly departments; Verify critical dimensions, visual appearance, functionality and workmanship against established acceptance criteria; Conduct random sampling and scheduled inspections in accordance with inspection plans; 3. Final Inspection & Goods Outwards; Conduct final quality inspections of completed products prior to packing and dispatch; Verify product identification, quantities and conformity to specifications; Inspect packaging, labelling and presentation to ensure products meet company and customer requirements; Confirm that all necessary inspection records and documentation have been completed; Prevent non-conforming or incorrectly identified products from being dispatched to customers; 4. Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions; Identify, document and report non-conforming materials, components and finished products; Ensure suspect or rejected products are clearly identified and appropriately segregated; 5. Inspection Equipment & Documentation; Use appropriate measuring and inspection equipment, including vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and other precision instruments; Ensure measuring equipment is in good condition and within its required calibration period; Maintain accurate and traceable inspection records; Follow established quality procedures, work instructions and inspection standards; Support internal quality audits and compliance with the company's quality management system.
