The QC Furniture professional is responsible for ensuring that all products leaving the workshop meet the company's high-quality standards regarding construction, finishing, and functionality. This role involves conducting inspections throughout the production process, from raw materials to final products, to ensure compliance with technical drawings and client requirements.
Tanggung jawab: Conduct quality inspections at all stages of furniture production (raw material, in-process, final QC); Ensure product specifications match technical drawings, company standards, and client requirements; Identify defects, inconsistencies, or potential issues in products; Document inspection results and prepare detailed, structured QC reports; Coordinate with the production team, technicians, and supervisors for corrective actions; Perform random checks to ensure consistent quality; Provide input on quality improvements and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi: Minimum 2 years of experience in Furniture Quality Control (woodworking / metal / upholstery); Strong understanding of furniture construction, wood types, finishing, hardware, and supporting materials; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the production team; Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
