QA/QC Supervisor

As a QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible to : - Lead and monitor quality inspection activities in production (printing, die-cutting, corrugating, gluing, etc.). - Handle supplier quality issues (raw material defects, non-conformance reports, corrective action requests). - Manage customer complaints related to product quality and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and customer standards for packaging products. - Develop and monitor quality KPIs (scrap %, defect rate, customer returns). - Train and guide QC inspectors/operators on inspection standards and quality requirements. - Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sourcing/purchasing teams to ensure consistent product quality.
