Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager (Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing) About Us PT Linyang Energy Cemerlang is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd., a global leader in Smart Energy, Smart Metering, and IoT Energy Solutions. As part of our manufacturing expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to establish and lead our end-to-end Quality Management System, drive operational excellence, and build a strong quality culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Establish and lead the end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS), including CTQ, PFMEA, Quality Plan, IQC, IPQC, OQC, Control Plan, and inspection standards. Ensure products comply with customer requirements, PLN specifications, and applicable international quality standards. Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards. Lead internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, ISO certification, TKDN, SPM, and other quality compliance programs. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, customer complaints, and quality risks. Manage supplier quality performance and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing quality. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Management Systems. Build, develop, and mentor the QA/QC team while fostering a strong quality culture and operational excellence. Develop quality KPIs, monitor quality performance, analyze trends, and provide management reports with actionable improvement plans.
