QA-SHE & Industrial Method Engineer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good understanding of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems .
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 ; relevant ISO training certificates are required based on the submitted qualification. Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification is preferred. Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Experience in Continuous Improvement activities , such as Kaizen, 5S, or Suggestion System. Able to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety . Familiar with safety inspections, audits, and workplace HSE activities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain QHSE documents and document control
- Support implementation and communication of integrated Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems
- Review and prepare QHSE documentation required for pre-qualification and tender processes
- Monitor Quality and HSE programs through audits, inspections, safety patrols , and performance monitoring
- Support continuous improvement of the company’s integrated management system
- Assist in conducting QHSE awareness and management system training for employees
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement programs , including Kaizen, 5S, and Suggestion System
- Analyze manufacturing and production processes and recommend improvements based on Lean Manufacturing principles
- Conduct safety inspections, including APAR checks and other workplace safety activities
- Monitor HSE implementation at project sites and support the achievement of Zero Accident targets
