Astro operates a network of hubs focused on fast delivery of fresh and frozen products. The Quality Assurance (QA) team plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of these goods. The QA Hub is responsible for ensuring the quality of fresh and frozen products remains optimal. This includes managing inbound processes, conducting thorough product inspections, updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and continuously monitoring storage conditions within the hub to prevent spoilage.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure the quality of fresh and frozen products is maintained; Handle inbound processes and product inspections; Update WMS data; Monitor storage conditions in the hub.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: SMA/equivalent; Able to communicate well; Detail-oriented, agile, and responsible; Hardworking and independent; Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or warehousing of fresh products (vegetables, fruits, or meat); Capable of identifying and distinguishing good quality fresh products; Possession of an active SKCK is a plus; Willing to attend a 1-day onboarding session at a designated location; Willing to attend 6 days of training at a designated hub in the Jadetabek area; Willing to work on holidays, including national holidays; Willing to be placed at any Astro Hub in the Jakarta and Tangerang area; Willing to work in morning, afternoon, or night shifts; Standard working hours are 8 hours per day; Dominant working hours are in the afternoon and night, adjusting to hub operational conditions; Starting time is 06.00 WIB.

Kualifikasi
