Astro is a quick-commerce company that relies on accurate inventory management to ensure fast and reliable service. The Inventory Control team is vital for maintaining the balance between physical stock and system data. The Inventory Control Hub is responsible for managing inbound goods, verifying the consistency between physical items and documentation, updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring the overall accuracy of stock levels within the hub.
Tanggung jawab: Manage inbound goods processes; Check the conformity of goods with documents; Update data in the WMS system; Ensure the accuracy of physical stock and system data in the hub.
Kualifikasi: Minimum education: SMA/equivalent; Able to communicate well; Detail-oriented, agile, and responsible; Hardworking and independent; Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing is a plus; Capable of operating internet browsers and computers, especially Microsoft Office; Possession of an active SKCK is a plus; Willing to attend a 1-day onboarding session at a designated location; Willing to attend 6 days of training at a designated hub in the Jadetabek area; Willing to work on holidays, including national holidays; Willing to be placed at any Astro Hub in the Jakarta and Tangerang area; Willing to work in morning, afternoon, or night shifts; Standard working hours are 8 hours per day; Dominant working hours are in the afternoon and night, adjusting to hub operational conditions; Starting time is 06.00 WIB.
