Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor in a manufacturing or FMCG company
• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven experience in supplier management and supplier performance evaluation
• Proficient in using ERP systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup/XLOOKUP functions, and data analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the daily operations of the purchasing department
• Ensure the availability of materials to support production and sales requirements
• Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and monitor outstanding POs
• Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while conducting regular supplier performance evaluations
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers
• Identify potential supply delay risks and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare Purchasing operational reports and provide insights on outstanding issues to the Head of Supply Chain
