PT Multi Medika Internasional Tbk (MMI), a company specializing in healthcare products and consumer goods, is seeking an experienced Purchasing professional to join our team and contribute to building a stronger, more agile, and continuously improving supply chain.
Tanggung jawab: Lead the daily operations of the purchasing department; Ensure the availability of materials to support production and sales requirements; Manage Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and monitor outstanding POs; Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams; Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while conducting regular supplier performance evaluations; Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers; Identify potential supply delay risks and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders; Prepare Purchasing operational reports and provide insights on outstanding issues to the Head of Supply Chain.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor in a manufacturing or FMCG company; Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process; Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Proven experience in supplier management and supplier performance evaluation; Proficient in using ERP systems; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup/XLOOKUP functions, and data analysis; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities; Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an advantage; Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Knowledge of face mask materials, plastic packaging, corrugated paper packaging, and other materials supporting face mask production. ⭐ Experience working with both local and international suppliers. ⭐ Proven track record in imp; We Are Looking for Candidates Who ✔️ Demonstrate a high level of integrity. ✔️ Are data-driven and committed to continuous improvement. ✔️ Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. ✔️ Possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability for.
