Tanggung jawab: Handle daily purchasing of food, beverages, and operational supplies; Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors; Ensure timely delivery of goods according to operational needs; Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation; Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and warehouse teams; Ensure product quality, freshness, and compliance with standards; Control purchasing costs and support budget efficiency; Handle supplier performance evaluations and maintain good relationships.
