PT Nusa Laras Konstruksi is a Bali-based construction company specializing in the development of villas and boutique hotels. The company is currently expanding its site organization to manage ongoing projects and future developments. This role combines two critical functions—Purchasing and K3 (Health and Safety)—reporting directly to management outside the site execution line to ensure independent oversight. As a Purchasing & Safety Officer, you will be responsible for procurement and site safety. In purchasing, you will manage material schedules, source suppliers, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain a price database. In the K3 capacity, you will own the site safety plan, conduct daily safety walks, investigate incidents, and ensure all statutory K3 documentation is complete and up to date.
Tanggung jawab: Build and maintain material schedules against the construction programme.; Source and compare suppliers with at least three quotations for significant packages.; Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and verify quantities/specifications.; Maintain a clean, auditable price database and supplier list.; Flag price movements that put the budget at risk.; Own the site safety plan (induction, toolbox talks, PPE, permits to work).; Conduct daily safety walks with written findings and a closure log.; Investigate incidents and near misses, and produce corrective actions.; Keep statutory K3 documentation complete and current..
