Purchasing Manager

Job Title: Purchasing Manager / Purchasing Supervisor Company: Reload Sanctuary Department: Operations / Procurement Reports To: General Manager / Director The Purchasing Manager / Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing of quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role supports operational efficiency, cost control, and smooth coordination with all departments within a hospitality and wellness environment. Manage day-to-day purchasing operations, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery follow-up.

Process and monitor Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). Source reliable suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.

Coordinate with departments (F&B, Spa, Operations) to understand purchasing needs. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control. Ensure quality and consistency of all purchased items.

Handle supplier issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns. Maintain proper documentation and purchasing records. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
