Deskripsi pekerjaan
Purchasing Manager bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengadaan barang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan operasional JIExpo, mencakup bisnis inti, unit bisnis, dan kebutuhan internal perusahaan. Peran ini melibatkan pengembangan strategi pengadaan yang selaras dengan tujuan bisnis perusahaan. Selain itu, posisi ini mengelola seluruh proses pengadaan barang dan jasa, mulai dari negosiasi harga, penyusunan kontrak, hingga pengaturan jadwal pengiriman. Manager juga bertugas mengevaluasi dan menyeleksi pemasok berdasarkan kualitas, harga, dan ketersediaan, serta membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan vendor. Peran ini juga mencakup supervisi tim, pelatihan, analisis biaya, dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for the procurement of goods related to all JIExpo needs; Develop purchasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives; Manage the procurement process for goods and services; Evaluate and select suppliers; Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors; Supervise the performance of the purchasing team; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Conduct cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of work experience in purchasing/supply chain; At least 5 years in a managerial position; Experience handling construction projects (preferred); Wide network of vendors; Strong negotiation skills; Proficient in Excel.
