We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing & Inventory Staff with strong communication skills to support the company's procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for purchasing goods, building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating the best pricing, and ensuring all operational needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. As part of our team, you will play an important role in maintaining smooth operations by ensuring that each department receives the goods and materials they need.
Coordinate all purchasing activities based on the operational requirements of each department. Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors for food, beverages, operational supplies, and equipment. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency and favorable purchasing conditions.
Prepare, process, and monitor Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with company procedures. Ensure goods are delivered on time and meet the required specifications. Coordinate with the Operations, F&B Service, and other departments to understand purchasing needs and prioritize procurement activities.
Conduct market research to identify reliable suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities. Resolve supplier-related issues, including product quality, delivery delays, discrepancies, and invoice mismatches. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Production Leader to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a similar role is preferred, especially in the F&B, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
