PUBLIC RELATIONS STAFF

Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, doctors, clinics, business partners, media, vendors, brand ambassadors, and other stakeholders. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, product launches, and other marketing activities.

Manage all administrative and coordination matters related to events and external engagements. Coordinate and manage Brand Ambassadors, including scheduling, briefing, communication, and activity monitoring. Write and prepare press releases, official statements, event announcements, and other public communication materials.

Develop video shooting scripts, content outlines, and supporting communication materials for marketing and branding purposes. Support the Creative Manager in executing communication strategies, campaigns, and special projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Monitor, document, and prepare reports on company activities, events, and public engagement initiatives. Handle ad hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the Creative Manager. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or related fields. Minimum 2 year of experience in Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing Communication, or related positions is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Experience in writing press releases, communication materials, or promotional content is an advantage.
