Supervisor Facility & Asset Management Requirements: - Female - Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably in Management, Statistic, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, etc - Single - Familiar with handling camp operations and facility management - Good in analytical thinking and manage data - Proactive safely attitude - Excellent communication skills – written, oral, and presentations - Excellent computer skills – Microsoft, SAP, and related application - Customer service orientation - Have good ability in problem identification, problem solving and decision making - Willing to be located in Berau, East Kalimantan Job Description: - Responsible to arrange accommodation for all employees based on company regulation - Managing complain - Handling management of the company facilities and assets management, keep up good maintenance, update list registered camp asset and monitor camp consumable material - Ensure KPI targets are achieved and leading the team for continuous improvement - Collaborate with other teams/departments to implement projects/initiatives 2.
