ALFA Bogor - Sales Manager – API 6A Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow PT ALFA's API 6A product portfolio throughout Indonesia. Build and manage relationships with oil & gas operators, EPC contractors, drilling contractors, OEMs, and service companies.

Identify and pursue new project opportunities in upstream oil & gas, drilling, production, wellhead, and pressure control applications. Lead technical-commercial discussions, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities. Manage tender submissions and support commercial negotiations for major projects.

Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure products meet customer specifications and API requirements. Develop and strengthen distributor and channel partner networks where appropriate. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and upcoming oil & gas investment opportunities.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reports while achieving agreed sales and profitability targets. Represent PT ALFA at customer meetings, technical seminars, exhibitions, and industry events. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the oil & gas industry , preferably in upstream operations. Strong technical knowledge of API 6A valves, wellhead equipment, pressure control systems, and related oilfield products is essential.
