Perusahaan membuka lowongan untuk posisi Promotor Manager penempatan Gorontalo. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam manajemen tenaga promotor, mulai dari menentukan jumlah optimal, memonitor pencapaian target penjualan harian, mingguan, hingga bulanan, serta melakukan evaluasi dan coaching bagi tenaga promotor yang membutuhkan peningkatan kinerja guna mendongkrak pencapaian penjualan di wilayah penugasan masing-masing.
Tanggung jawab: 1. Determining the optimal headcount of promotors for each region and retail outlet based on foot traffic and sales potential; 2. Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the promotor force, identifying underperformers for coaching or reallocation; 3. Ensure operational compliance and strategic execution across regions.
Kualifikasi: Academy Qualification : S1 (Strata 1) degree in Management is minimum requirements. S1 (Strata 1) degree in Marketing is preferred; Professional Experience : Minimum 3-5 Years experience in Telecommunication, Sales & Distribution, Business Administration, Business & Management roles.
