Project Supply & Logistics Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Lead procurement, contracts, logistics, expediting, and materials management for the expansion project. Develop procurement strategies and manage tendering, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.

Oversee logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and inventory management. Manage supply chain risks, cost control, and contractor performance. Support commissioning, operational readiness, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with TKDN, import/export regulations, and governance standards. Requirements Extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, and logistics within mining or heavy industry projects.

Proven experience managing major project procurement and logistics activities. Strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills. Familiarity with Indonesian procurement regulations and TKDN requirements.

Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities.
