Sebagai Project Supervisor, Anda akan berperan sebagai pemimpin di lapangan yang menjembatani manajemen senior dengan tenaga kerja konstruksi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengawasan operasional harian, memastikan proyek selesai tepat waktu sesuai anggaran, serta menjaga standar kualitas dan keselamatan kerja yang tinggi di lokasi proyek.
Tanggung jawab: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines; Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality; Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work meets quality standards and safety regulations; Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation; Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and photographic records; Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to protect all workers and maintain a safe working environment; Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly, finding practical solutions to keep projects moving forward; Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders; Train and mentor construction workers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement; Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
