Placement: BATAM AREA Job Responsibilities Achieve sales targets assigned by the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, consultant, MEP Conduct regular market visits to increase sales performance and market coverage. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Home Appliance, Consumer ElectronicS Strong network with dealers, distributors, or retail channels is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
