Telesales Consultant bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan penjualan secara virtual kepada pelanggan yang telah menunjukkan ketertarikan tinggi terhadap berbagai layanan perusahaan. Peran ini tidak memerlukan keahlian industri tingkat lanjut karena pelatihan lengkap akan disediakan, namun menuntut motivasi diri yang tinggi, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal yang kuat, serta tingkat ketelitian yang baik dalam melayani klien. Tugas utama posisi ini meliputi merespons pertanyaan pelanggan via panggilan masuk, media sosial, dan webmail, mempromosikan serta menjual layanan kepada calon pelanggan secara persuasif, mencapai target penjualan bulanan melalui tindak lanjut proaktif, memberikan informasi yang akurat dan lengkap, menilai kebutuhan pelanggan serta memastikan kepuasan mereka, menangani keluhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi tepat waktu, mencatat interaksi serta memperbarui data pelanggan di database perusahaan secara akurat, berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan mitra luar negeri untuk penjadwalan wawancara maupun dukungan pelanggan, serta mengikuti prosedur dan kebijakan komunikasi perusahaan dengan menjunjung tinggi kualitas kerja sesuai tenggat waktu yang ditentukan.
Tanggung jawab: Respond to customer inquiries via incoming calls, social media, and webmail; Persuasively promote and sell our services to prospective customers; Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive follow-up and customer persuasion; Provide accurate and complete information to address customer queries; Assess customer needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services; Handle customer complaints, offer timely resolutions, and maintain records of interactions; Maintain accurate customer details in the company database and official communication channels; Coordinate with internal teams and overseas counterparts for interview scheduling and customer support; Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies; Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline; Job Requirements; Required language: Fluent English; Achieve at least 15% conversion rates and 8 sales per month; Experiences in domestic helper agency / industry, B2C sales will be an added advantage; Must be willing to work on 4 weekdays and 1 weekend basis; Immediate or short notice period availability will be preferred; Training will be provided; If you are ready to embark on a career journey, we shall look forward to work with you!.
