Project Sales

Job Description : Responsible for managing the entire project sales cycle by providing comprehensive support to dealers, with the primary objective of achieving departmental revenue targets. This role includes dealer development (product training, pricing, and negotiation), generating new project opportunities through consultants and contractors, verifying project specifications, and ensuring accurate project documentation and reporting to management. Identify and develop project opportunities to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular project visits and monitor project progress to identify and capture business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

Deliver product presentations and recommend suitable HVAC solutions based on customer and project requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. Prepare and maintain sales activity reports, project pipelines, forecasts, and market updates on a regular basis.

Support dealers through product training, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in sales within the HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical industry is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
