Tanggung jawab: Ensure all operational processes run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards; Coordinate and supervise the operations team in executing daily activities; Conduct regular team performance evaluations and drive continuous process improvements; Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with established timelines, SOPs, and performance targets; Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions; Prepare and present periodic operational reports to management and clients; Manage and oversee inventory control across all service points; Coordinate with the Warehouse/Logistics team and field vendors to ensure smooth operational execution.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field; Proven experience in an operational role with nationwide operational coverage; Good understanding of conventional and Android EDC operations; Knowledge of financial processes and monthly reconciliation; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; Detail-oriented, well-organized, and target-driven.
