Project Manager HRIS Implementation
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Implementation, ERP/HRIS Implementation, Enterprise Solutions, or Project Management. Proven experience managing end-to-end implementation projects involving cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving. Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Experience in HRIS, ERP, or enterprise software implementation is highly preferred. PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certifications will be an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from project handover through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, Implementation, Sales, ATS, and Finance, to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage project scope, evaluate change requests, and ensure alignment with contractual agreements
- Ensure implementation quality, system readiness, and successful production go-live
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive project execution while balancing customer satisfaction, project quality, timeline, and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop the implementation team to achieve high performance and project success
