We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate our Creative Team, including Graphic Design and Social Media team. In this role, you will oversee project execution, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards. You will be responsible for handling multiple client-based projects and coordinating creative teams. This role requires a strong understanding of creative production workflows, social media campaigns, content execution, and digital marketing processes. Prior experience handling AI-related creative projects, including AI-generated content, AI video workflows, prompt coordination, or similar digital production processes, is highly preferred.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management, Creative Agency, Social Media Agency, Digital Marketing, or related fields; Experience handling multiple client-based projects and coordinating creative teams; Strong understanding of creative production workflows, social media campaigns, content execution, and digital marketing processes; Prior experience handling AI-related creative projects is highly preferred; Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills; Strong organizational and time management abilities; Able to handle multiple projects, priorities, revisions.
