Project Development Executive

PT Teknologi Insulasi Asia, a subsidiary of CT-Technologies ApS (Denmark), is the exclusive distributor of Polysto® hygienic wall protection systems in Indonesia. We serve customers in food processing, cold storage, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, logistics, and other industrial sectors. We are looking for a Project Development Executive to help expand market awareness and develop a qualified project pipeline for Polysto® solutions across Indonesia. We are seeking a proactive Project Development Executive to build market awareness and develop a pipeline of project opportunities for Polysto® solutions across Indonesia.

This is a project development role rather than a traditional sales position. The primary focus is identifying opportunities, engaging stakeholders, maintaining project visibility, and developing qualified opportunities. Identify and track industrial and construction projects across Indonesia. Build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and industrial end users.

Arrange meetings, site visits, and technical presentations. Maintain project visibility from early design through tender stage. Develop and maintain a structured project pipeline.

Update opportunities, contacts, and activities in CRM systems. Coordinate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare regular pipeline and activity reports.

Travel as required to support business development activities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in project development, business development, project coordination, technical sales support, construction materials, industrial projects, or related industries.
