Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate office interior fit-out projects from the planning stage through handover. Develop and monitor project schedules, vendor relationships, procurement, and project documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and building management to ensure projects proceed according to targets. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and risks. Prepare project reports, variation orders, final inspections, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
Verify procurement requirements, vendor quotes, and billing documents.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma 3’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Project Engineer on office interior fit-out projects.
- Understanding of interior materials, shop drawings, bills of quantities (BQ), scheduling, and project administration.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and highly motivated to grow.
- Fluent in English (written and speaking) will be prioritized.
- HO in Sunter (North Jakarta), must be willing to mobile to projects site
- Available to join ASAP will be prioritized
