Key Responsibilities Prepare and review project progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) Monitor and control project activities, including costs, budgeting, and financial management

Conduct cost estimation for direct and indirect costs Perform risk management activities, including risk analysis and mitigation planning Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments Negotiate effectively with subcontractors and vendors Provide motivation and leadership to project teams

Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to read and review technical drawings

Strong understanding of project cost management and estimation Knowledge of risk management processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills
