Yuni Bersaudara Sejahtera, located in Pekanbaru, Riau, is seeking a Productivity and Efficiency Engineer to join their team. This full-time position is dedicated to optimizing operational processes, minimizing losses, and maximizing productivity across the company's operations. The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions that enhance performance while reducing waste. This role is essential for driving continuous improvement and ensuring that all teams operate at peak efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Tanggung jawab: Conducting comprehensive analysis of existing processes, workflows, and operational systems to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement; Developing and implementing efficiency improvement strategies and productivity enhancement programs tailored to the operational environment; Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity metrics to track progress and measure the impact of changes; Collaborating with team leads and operational staff to understand challenges and co-create practical, sustainable solutions; Designing and optimizing labor scheduling, task allocation, and resource utilization to maximize output and minimize downtime; Conducting time and motion studies to establish realistic performance benchmarks and identify optimization opportunities; Preparing detailed reports and recommendations regarding productivity improvements, cost savings, and operational enhancements; Providing training and support to staff on new processes, procedures, and best practices; Investigating and resolving operational issues impacting efficiency or productivity; Maintaining accurate records and documentation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
