Job Description: Monitoring daily production targets and work in process Responsible for all production processes and result
Controlling and analyzing material stock and requirements for the production process Coordinating with other departments for material requirement Coordinating with PPIC for the preparation of plans and production schedules
Preparing schedules for crew and conducting daily briefing Making a weekly and monthly report. Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably in Food Technology / Food Production, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Experience a minimum of 3 years in the production process, preferably in F&B retail or FMCG Proficient in production flow processes
Capable of managing a team of at least 10 people. Quick adaptation and practical problem-solving skills. Strong sensory/organoleptic evaluation skills.
