Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Fisheries Product Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, preferably in sterilization, retort, autoclave, or pressure vessel operations within a manufacturing company.
• Willing to be placed at Gempol Plant, Pasuruan.
• Skill competence :
• Knowledge of commercial sterilization principles, retort/autoclave operations, and pressure vessel safety.
• Knowledge of food canning processes.
• Good leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Job Description:
• Check and verify retort area operations.
• Monitor the sterilization process.
• Monitor the implementation of retort machine maintenance.
• Supervise team performance.
