Production Sales Inventory Manager - Consumer Electronics

Client Details: MNC Home Appliances Company Responsible for overseeing Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) management, including demand forecasting, inventory control, and supply planning to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. Works closely with cross-functional teams to align business demand with supply capabilities. Demand & Sales Planning

Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align demand plans, promotions, and market requirements. Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvements.

Inventory & Supply Management Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess, obsolete, and slow-moving stock. Monitor inventory performance, turnover, and stock aging.

Coordinate supply plans with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability and mitigate shortages. PSI Analysis & Reporting Lead regular PSI review meetings to align sales, inventory, and supply plans.

Analyze demand trends, inventory health, and supply risks. Prepare management reports and recommend corrective actions to improve business performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration
