Production Planning & Inventory Control Staff Full Time / Internship

The PPIC staff intern or full time is responsible for planning stock replenishment, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with production/supplier and warehouse teams to ensure optimal product availability while minimizing overstock or stockout risk. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing stock replenishment/purchase order plans based on sales forecast and current inventory levels.

Monitor stock levels across warehouses and flag potential overstock, slow-moving, or stockout items. Coordinate with suppliers/principals and warehouse teams regarding incoming stock schedules. Assist in demand forecasting analysis using historical sales data.

Help track and update production/purchase order status until goods arrive at the warehouse. Support monthly stock reconciliation and inventory reporting (aging, turnover, fill rate). Assist in identifying and reporting slow-moving or near-expiry stock for follow-up action.

Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, or related field. For Full Time: minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, inventory control, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG/beverage or trading industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a strong plus. Strong analytical and numerical skills for demand forecasting and stock planning. Understanding of basic inventory concepts (safety stock, lead time, reorder point, FIFO/FEFO).
