Posisi PMC Manager ini berperan mendukung operasional manufaktur dengan fokus pada optimalisasi dan pengendalian proses perencanaan sumber daya produksi untuk menjamin efisiensi, kualitas, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman produk. Manajer ini akan memimpin tim internal yang terdiri dari bagian Purchasing, Warehouse, dan Planning. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengembangan jadwal induk (master schedule) untuk mengoordinasikan sumber daya, memimpin tim dalam perencanaan material, serta mengelola aktivitas gudang. Selain itu, peran ini menuntut kemampuan analisis biaya produksi, identifikasi peluang efisiensi, serta fasilitasi kolaborasi lintas departemen untuk memastikan seluruh pemangku kepentingan mendapatkan informasi status produksi yang akurat.

Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage a team of planners, purchaser and warehouse staff to coordinate on material resource planning and utilization process together with the manufacturing team by following pre-planned production master schedule; Forecast demand based on existing and new project requirements while needs of production capacity, resource availability planning activities as well as professional growth development in the department; Manage warehouse activities and monitor inventory levels while developing strategies to optimize inventory turnover while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory; Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, waste reduction, and efficiency enhancements. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives together with the purchasing and manufacturing team while; Facilitate communication and collaboration between manufacturing, warehouse, sales, and other relevant departments while keeping stakeholders informed of production status, challenges, and opportunities; Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate production plans, address issues, and drive alignment across departments whenever necessary; Perform all other related duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in operation management, supply chain management, engineering, or business related field; Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus; Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in both English and Mandarin; At least 15 years of experience in production planning or operation management in manufacturing environments with at least 10 years in leadership roles; Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation strategies; Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as ERP systems, advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, and data visualization tools; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing planning team; Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
