PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia sedang mencari profesional di bidang PPIC untuk bergabung dalam tim operasional. Perusahaan ini berfokus pada manufaktur dan membutuhkan individu yang mampu mengoptimalkan jadwal produksi serta mengelola tingkat inventaris secara efisien. Sebagai staf PPIC, Anda akan bekerja sama dengan tim manufaktur, logistik, dan pengadaan untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok yang optimal guna memenuhi permintaan produksi. Peran ini sangat penting dalam menjaga keunggulan operasional perusahaan dengan meminimalkan biaya dan memastikan kelancaran alur kerja dari perencanaan hingga distribusi.
Tanggung jawab: Optimising production schedules; Managing inventory levels to ensure efficient operations whilst minimising costs; Working closely with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels and meet production demands.
Kualifikasi: Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field; Minimum 3–4 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or a related position; Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred; Good understanding of production planning, inventory control, and material management; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently as well as part of a team; Detail-oriented, organized.
