Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam merencanakan dan mengendalikan proses produksi di lingkungan manufaktur. Peran ini mencakup pengelolaan jadwal produksi, kesiapan material, perencanaan kapasitas, pemenuhan pesanan, dan manajemen pengiriman untuk memastikan target produksi tercapai secara efektif dan efisien.
Tanggung jawab: Independently manage production planning activities; Effectively prioritize multiple tasks; Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure production targets are met.
Kualifikasi: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Production Control (PC), PMC, or PPIC within a manufacturing environment; At least 1 year of experience in a team-leading or supervisory role; Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material readiness, capacity planning, order fulfillment, and delivery management; Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting; Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and production planning-related transactions/data.
