Plan, organize, and oversee the entire production process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Develop and manage production schedules based on project timelines in coordination with the Project Management team. Coordinate production, workshop, and installation teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Ensure all production activities comply with company quality standards and approved technical drawings. Monitor the utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate with the Design, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure seamless production processes.Monitor production progress and provide effective solutions to issues arising in the workshop or at project sites. Ensure all production work is completed according to the agreed project schedule. Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance to improve productivity and operational efficiency.Control production costs to ensure they remain within the approved budget. Prepare regular production reports for management, including project progress, production issues, and overall performance.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.; Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior manufacturing or construction production, including at least 2 years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.; Strong understanding of custom furniture manufacturing, interior fit-out, millwork production, and on-site installation processes.; Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, shop drawings, interior materials, finishing methods, and construction techniques.; Experienced in production planning, scheduling, manpower planning, and capacity planning.; Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) processes and production efficiency improvement.; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.; Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or other related software is an advantage.; Willing to travel to workshops and project sites as required..
